Our building process is designed around you, the owner. You want a builder that listens to your goals, and brings the knowledge, quality, efficiency, creativity, and transparency to make those goals come to life. We understand building a home is more than just the construction, it's a partnership to realize your vision. The structures we have in place are geared to not only deliver on those qualities, but do it in a timely manner so you stay on budget, and get to enjoy your new home sooner!

This initial meeting is the foundation of the design phase, ensuring that we get to know enough about your way of life to effectively proceed with the design. Not only will the design, aesthetics, and details of your custom home compliment the way you live, but location is equally, possibly most important. If you do not already have your land, allow us to guide you through which community would best fit your lifestyle. Once the land has been selected, we will meet with the Designer / Architect and being the next phase.

DESIGN

We are a design + build company that prioritizes efficient and impeccable design. We will also work with an architect of your choosing, collaborating to make sure no detail is overlooked, and plan ahead for enhance smooth construction. You will be provided full specifications of the methods and materials we will use to build you home, as well as a detailed cost  breakdown, to ensure that the home you want is achievable within your budget and standards.

CONSTRUCTION

Because of the time and effort we put into quality control during pre-construction, breaking ground and beginning the build will be streamlined and watching the progress will be exciting. From site clearing to the final walk-through, we will work together and meet at each stage to update and confirm we are on track. These meetings will be a great time to make any changes known. Here are our milestones you can look forward to:

  • Framing, Windows, Exterior Doors

  • Mechanicals (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)

  • Exterior Cladding & Masonry

  • Roofing

  • Insulation

  • Drywall 

  • Cabinets & Interior Carpentry

  • Countertops

  • Tile & Flooring

  • Mechanical Set Out, Appliance Install

  • Quality Inspection, Touch-Up

MOVE IN

Now you can move in and unpack! Although we are very thorough in our walk-through, things get missed. Our warranties include 1 year quality craftsmanship, 2 year all mechanicals, and 10 year on structural components. We not only build quality custom homes, but give you peace of mind by protecting them.
